I have been studying and practising the Art of Astrology for over 25 years. I hold a Certificate of Astrology from the Astrological Guild of Educators International.My Astrology of the Moon website is a wonderful way for me to share and develop my Astrological Practice and my fascination with the Moon in our Natal Chart. I call myself an Artsworker. I graduated in Arts from Sydney University with majors in French and Indonesian and was formerly a languages teacher. Twenty years ago I left the city and moved to Northern New South Wales, finally settling in the beautiful Bellinger Valley, which I often refer to as 'The valley of the Sacred Feminine'.

Alongside my Astrological work I am a performer, having trained in music and improvised theatre. I have worked in several improvised theatre forms including Playback Theatre, Clowning and Street Theatre. I have also created and performed many themed-pieces for events and agencies as well as performing in various music and Cabaret bands and duos. Currently I perform as Actor, Conductor and Musician with Bellingen Playback Theatre, which I co-founded in 1989. The Company has staged over 200 commissioned and public performances and has twice received government arts funding to outreach our work. I am also consultant trainer and mentor to other Playback Theatre Companies and teach Playback Theatre throughout the Northern Region, NSW, Australia.

As musician, I play reeds and percussion with Bellingen Shire Band and with Tarab, a dance and music troupe that evokes and celebrates the ancient and rich tradition of women's performance art, including dance, music, theatre and gorgeous costumery. My Astrological work is a wonderful balance to the 'out-there' of my performance activities. I love the solitariness and the 'contact at a distance' that is at the heart of preparing the Astrology of the Moon Interpretations. When I receive a request for a Natal Moon Interpretation I sit and tune into the energy of the person and the chart in front of me becomes like a map or a blueprint of that person's life. It brings me great pleasure and satisfaction then to be able to act as a guide, map-reader helping to shine some light on the path so that it becomes clearer and more comfortable to follow.
